Change systems

The changing system was developed to be placed directly at the machine. From the back you load the rack with a forklift and from the front you can remove single sheets with vacuum or magnetic technology. The core idea is that you have all your types available at the machine. Your warehouse is thus divided into a main warehouse at an external location and small buffer warehouses in the form of the changeover systems. This means that the material requirements for the next orders can be stocked without long waiting times between orders. This gives you more space in the production hall for the machines etc.

This hybrid solution between the pure cassette tower and the classic drawer rack combines the advantages of both. Loading by forklift truck and manual removal of the individual sheets.
